We manufacture a variety of crimp and screw-on wick assemblies for liquid paraffin oil lamps, sometimes referred to as fuel cells. In general, the wick used for these assemblies is part number #1271/4 a cotton oil wick with a diameter of approximately 1/16". The filler cores (cotton) can be varied such as #1271/2, #1271/3, #1271/5, #1271/F (fiberglass). These tops, often referred to as assemblies are either crimped or screwed onto a can or plastic bottle. Please note we don't sell the crimper machines, just the wick assembly.

We do not provide crimping services, plastic fuel bottles or fuel. The H989-6 is a mechanical "crimp-on" style cap. We suggest that you purchase samples for testing prior to a major purchase. Weight of one H989-6 with sealer cap is approximately 67 grains (English unit of measure). FYI 7000 grains per pound. Weight of one S01-6/snuffer and sock is approximately 112 grains (English unit of measure). FYI 7000 grains per pound.
