You can now buy most
products on-line and minimize the handling fee for small orders.
The on-line shopping cart uses SSL encryption. A $1.50 handling
fee is applied to all on-line UPS transactions plus UPS shipping
cost based on weight and destination. No handling fee for USPS
orders. The handling fee is part
of the shipping cost. Save time and money on-line. Cards
accepted on-line: VISA, American Express, MasterCard. Sales tax
applies to residents in 13 states (WA, CA, NV, MN, GA, MI, OH,
PA, NY, MA, RI, CT, NJ). NEW shipping options
available, some exceptions may apply. Safe, secure system. Use

Phoned and Faxed Orders: Phone or faxed orders under
$75.00 dollars are assessed a $10.00 handling fee plus UPS
shipping cost. Cards accepted via phone or fax are Discover,
VISA, American Express, MasterCard.
Returns: All product returns are charged a 20 percent
restocking fee based on the cost of the actual product
purchased. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Industrial Orders with an established NET 30
account using purchase orders. Please fax orders to
978-433-9048. We will return an acknowledgement.
We endeavor to provide accurate data on all of our products.
However, if a typographical error does arise Pepperell Braiding
Company reserves the right to cancel the order and / or at our
discretion refund the
appropriate amount of compensation related to the volume of
product involved. Refunds will not exceed the value of the
product involved.
Customers are required to prepay by credit card, check or wire transfer. To establish a N30 account please send the following: Three credit references, taxpayer ID number and state level resale certificate if applicable. Please note that we may have to charge sales tax if we do not have a resale certificate on file. This is due to the fact that we have manufacturing reps throughout the US, which technically gives us a presence in the applicable state according to the parlance of the Department of Revenue. Sales

Sales Tax
We have a "presence" in 13 states by way of
manufacturing reps. We are obligated by law to charge sales tax
to all customers who do not have a state resale certificate on
file. You may fax a copy of the certificate to 978-433-9048. The
states we charge sales tax are as follows: CA, CT, GA, MA, MI, MN,
NJ, NV, NY, OH, PA, RI, WA.
Payment: We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER and AMERICAN EXPRESS. For wire transfers call for bank routing number and account number. Add
$61.00 for wire transfers. That is the fee the bank charges us to process the transaction.

Due to the cost involved in cutting, packaging and shipping (usually Priority Mail
or UPS) we are charging a fee in order to defray some of the costs involved.
Shipping:
Pepperell Braiding Company will ship via UPS Ground Services or
USPS Priority Mail. We are fully equipped with weight scales and active terminals in-house to process your order.
Send your email address along with the order for the tracking
number. Special shipping such as "Next Day" or
"FedEx" is at the discretion of Pepperell Braiding
Company and is based on available personnel at the time of the
order.
Tracking Numbers: Tracking numbers are provided only if
an email address is included with the order. The tracking number
will be emailed at the moment the barcode label is generated for
shipping. All materials ship end of day. Allow up to one to two weeks
for shipments to leave the factory.
International orders: Payment by credit card is preferred
(name and expiration date needed). For wire transfers add
$61.00.This is the fee our bank charges us for processing. There is also a $10.00 fee to process the customs form.
Please note we abide by the UCC laws of the United States.

In general, industrial based orders need two to three weeks lead time before shipping from our
manufacturing facility. Product falling into this category are
candlewick, wet bulb and fluid wick to name a few.
